SHIPPING & HANDLING

We will be using MG GOLF Warehouse: Rich Card Address: 3410 Century Cir, Irving, TX 75062

*Lee will be making a day trip to visit the facility and meet Rich.

-All invoices will be run through Brien Patermo sa the vendor of record/we will wire transfer to him -All orders and drop shipping details will be coordinated directly with Brien Patermo -NGBA is responsible to coordinate all truck services or provide freight account info for each shipment. All details must be done and finalized 72 hours PRIOR to shipping of goods for all pallet orders -Single bag orders 48 hours in advance/which we want to avoid due to storage cost (below)

-MG Golf will warehouse and ship all goods for Backspin 2019

-All container orders for $40 per pallet (pallets qty TBD) *Includes pallet material cost, unloading the sea freight delivery, then packing member order on pallets. -All SINGLE bag orders (less than pallet) for $2.83 per bag (travel covers per master carton)

-MG Golf will warehouse product for up to 8 months from initial landing date of bags—cost $16 per pallet position per month storage (qty per pallet TBD). We will strive to be ‘sold out’ before paying a montly storage fee.

-Monthly physical inventory counts provided if necessary
